Return PolicyIf any part of the product is found to be defective within 15 days of purchase we will replace that part at no cost to the customer. This does not include parts damaged by improper use, such as driving the pole into hard ground with a hammer. We also do not cover the tennis ball that comes from Sportcraft, but provide an additional heavy duty ball to replace that one with each purchase. If you do not find the product to be satisfactory, within 15 days, customers can return the product for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns: |
